Refunds

At And She Creates Too, LLC, we stand by the quality of our products. However, due to the custom natural of my business, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. 

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change. Therefore, cancellations to your order are allowed for up to 24 hours following payment. After this period, production begins, and the cancellation window closes. 

 

General Shipping 

Once your product has been successfully produced, it will be shipped. All orders will receive a tracking number via email upon successful payment. Depending on the size and/or quantity of items in your order, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Please note that we are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the carrier. All orders are shipped with insurance. If your order is stolen, lost, or damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. We are here to assist you through the claim process, so feel free to reach out to us via email.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide, And She Creates Too, LLC with accurate shipping information. If Wix cannot verify your address, we will contact you directly for verification. We will attempt to contact you via email three times to proceed with processing your order. Please be aware that any delay in verifying your contact information will extend your order processing time. If we are unable to verify your address, your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded via the original payment method. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we receive no response.

Shipping & Handling 

Each order will incur a shipping fee. This fee is determined by Wix and is based on your shipping location.

 
Damages and Other Issues

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you find that your items are damaged upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately at contact@andshecreatestoo.com. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order Number

  • Items damaged in order

  • A photo of all damaged items

Please note that And She Creates Too, LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping carrier. All items are shipped with insurance. If your item(s) are damaged due to carrier handling, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
